Eligibility

Customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & New Zealand may cancel their order and return items within 30 days of receiving delivery, for any reason — including a simple change of mind.

How to Return an Item

- Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at info@zeralion.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your return.

- Receive Authorisation: Once we review your request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

  • Please ensure the product is carefully repacked in its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Make sure to enclose the completed return form along with any required documents or supporting photos.

  • Use the link in our email to download and print your return label.

  • Damaged products

    There is no charge to the customer when returning an item that was delivered incorrectly, arrived damaged, or is otherwise defective.

  • Change Of Mind

    The return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility if the item was ordered incorrectly, does not fit, or is simply no longer desired.

Change of Mind

If you decide to change your mind, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, undamaged, and remains in its original packaging.

Defective & Damaged Products

If you receive a defective item, please reach out to our customer service team right away at info@zeralion.com with your order number and supporting evidence included. Zeralion will cover the return shipping costs and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us right away. We will cover the return shipping costs and promptly send you the correct item.

Product Not Delivered

If your order has not been delivered, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier. If the shipment cannot be located, we will issue either a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. If it’s already on its way, simply follow our return instructions once it arrives.

To start a cancellation, email info@zeralion.com and include your order number.

Policy for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours and provide photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Policy for Undamaged Items

If you change your mind, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and undamaged. To qualify, the item must show no signs of wear, no damage, and all original tags must remain attached.

  • Return Period

    All returns must be reported and dispatched back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Refund Processing Time

    After the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 7 days, and you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Refund Method

    All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
